103 is located on the first floor on the north side.  It is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a king size bed in the primary bedroom, and a short queen size bed in the guest room. This is our only condo with two bathrooms. 103 is freshly painted, has all new flooring and all new living area furniture! Smart Tv's in the living area and bedroom allow you to stream from your favorite apps!  Free password protected wireless internet at your fingertips. The kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig and coffee pot, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, oven, dishes, bakeware, and cookware.  All linens are provided including beach towels. Four beach chairs, small cooler and a beach umbrella are provided for your use.  The spacious main bathroom has a tub/shower, refreshed vanity with hair dryer and starter toiletries provided.  A washer and dryer are in the condo for your use too!
